The big day is here! We'll have a 45 minute call via Zoom or Skype where we'll go through any questions you might have and we can talk through your website design wish list.

PREPARE FOR YOUR START DATE
Before we start, I'll add you to my project dashboard (can I get a hell yes for Figma). This is where you'll dump all your content, images, and videos. I'll also have you fill out my signature questionnaire so I understand *exactly* what your project needs.

DESIGN YOUR WEBSITE
Now for the fun part: I jump in feet-first and start designing your site. Before I design the whole site, I'll send you the homepage for approval so that I know we're on the same page (pun intended).

REFINEMENTS
Prior to launching your website we will go through a refinement period where we look over your entire design, make sure there are no bugs or linking issues, and test on multiple devices to make sure the design looks seamless.

LAUNCH & CELEBRATE
Once we are happy with the design, it is time to press publish & celebrate the launch!!
Are there any additional costs I should consider?
A few potential costs to keep in mind:
1. Website hosting: in order to host your website you will need a monthly plan with Webflow or Squarespace. However once your website is build, it is yours. You own it and there is no monthly fee from me.
2. Legal pages: All businesses need legal pages on their website. If you do not have these legal pages, you will need them.
3. Domain Name. If you do not own a domain name prior to book a web design project, you will need to purchase this.
Do you offer payment plans?
You bet! I have the following payment options:
1. Pay in full: 100% 100% paid at contract signing
2. Split pay: 50% deposit at contract signing, 50% due before final delivery
3. Three payments: Split payments evenly into three. First payment is due at contract signing.
What type of support do you give your clients?
1. Project Dashboard: prep for our project dates & one-stop shop for all important detail.
2. Recorded Video Library: Webflow provides easy to follow videos on how to update your website from changing images or text to updating a blog or even SEO. I can also talk you through how to update your website also. If you want me to manage your updates, SEO and security on an on going level, I can do this on a cost effective monthly retainer.
How long does it take?
My goal is to make the process as efficient and streamlined as possible. Typically, a website design and build will take around 3-4 weeks, depending if this is a completely custom or semi custom website.
How do I start working with you?
Email me to book a call. This is a free 60 minute call where I find out what you are needing and your business goals and paint points. This helps me better understand your business so that I can make sure we would be a good fit. Once you book a call will reach out to you within 48-hours of your request.
